All orders are shipped from our store in Puerto Rico.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update. We take 2-3 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:
- Your package’s tracking number
- Your package is out for delivery
- Your package has arrived
If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Teal cannot be held responsible.
Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.
CAN I GO PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE STORE?
YESS IT'S FREE! Select in store pickup as a shipping method. Please allow 24 hours to process the order. All orders must be picked up within 7 days. If you have a special request please contact us via email email@example.com
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If USPS tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
Returns and exchanges policy
For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reason for the return. Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 14 days of the delivery date or 7 days of making the pick-up order (not after you pick up said order)The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. TEAL will not accept the returned item if received without tags, worn, altered, washed, or damaged. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
What can I not return?
Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewelry, hats, sunglasses, accessories, swimwear, underwear, shoes, sportswear (tops, bottoms, accessories, etc.) and bodysuits.
Pieces with rhinestones, sequins or attachments (glued or sewn) are also final sale and won't be available for return.

Do you refund money?
We do not make refunds, only credit to the store. After purchasing the item, you have 7 days for in-person pick-up or 14 days for online shipping for any exchange or return.
You will be given a store credit during those days, which expires in 30 days. TEAL will not accept exchanges and returns after those periods; no store credit will be given in that situation to the client.
Based on the policy presented, TEAL reserves the right to accept or refuse an exchange/return.
