Returns and exchanges policy

 

Please read the item description before purchase as some items are mentioned to be final sale and won't apply for return and/or exchange. 

For returns, please email shoptealpuertorico@gmail.com and explain the reason for the return. Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 14 days of the delivery date or 7 days of making the pick-up order (not after you pick up said order)The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. 

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. TEAL will not accept the returned item if received without tags, worn, altered, washed, or damaged. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.

 Once an order is made, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, it will be treated as a return. As such, a gift card with store credit (valid for 30 days) will be sent to you.

If a pick up order is not picked up/looked for at the physical store after a year since it was made/prepared, we have the right to take the piece(s) back and the order will be considered abandoned. TEAL will try to contact the customer via email or telephone before the year to remind the customer of their order.  The customer is in charge of contacting us via email or Instagram direct message if they cannot pick up the order in time; we can also send the pick up order as delivery if the customer decides it and pays the $6 shipping cost. If TEAL has managed to get and contact and the customer agrees to pick up their old order, but does not do it, you will have until December 31 of the year to do so; if not, TEAL will have the right to take the order back, as stated. 

Orders made through the period of December 1st to December 31st will have the exception of being able to be returned and/or exchanged starting from the day of the order being placed until December 31st, if they follow our exchange/return policy. This is to give chance to those orders being made as gifts during the holiday month.

 What can I not return?

 

Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewelry, hats, sunglasses, accessories, swimwear, underwear, shoes, sportswear (tops, bottoms, accessories, etc.) and bodysuits.

Pieces with rhinestones, glitter, sequins or attachments (glued or sewn) are also final sale and won't be available for return.

Do you refund money?

 

We do not make refunds, only credit to the store. After purchasing the item, you have 7 days for in-person pick-up or 14 days for online shipping for any exchange or return. 

You will be given a store credit during those days, which expires in 30 days. TEAL will not accept exchanges and returns after those periods; no store credit will be given in that situation to the client.  

 

Based on the policy presented, TEAL reserves the right to accept or refuse an exchange/return.
