WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from our store in Puerto Rico.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update. We take 2-3 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:
- Your package’s tracking number
- Your package is out for delivery
- Your package has arrived

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Teal cannot be held responsible. Once a package leaves our store for shipping, the responsibility goes to USPS. We have no control/knowledge of the package's location and USPS will have all of the information regarding it.
Please ensure your address is correct; incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend contacting USPS directly and asking for a online claim from them to see the exact last location on their gps system.
If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.
CAN I GO PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE STORE?
YES, IT'S FREE! Select in store pickup as a shipping method. Please allow 24 hours to process the order. All orders must be picked up within 7 days to be accepted for return/exchange. If you have a special request please contact us via email shoptealpuertorico@gmail.com
If a pick up order is not picked up/looked for at the physical store after a year since it was made/prepared, we have the right to take the piece(s) back and the order will be considered abandoned. TEAL will try to contact the customer via email or telephone before the year to remind the customer of their order. The customer is in charge of contacting us via email or Instagram direct message if they cannot pick up the order in time; we can also send the pick up order as delivery if the customer decides it and pays the $6 shipping cost.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If USPS tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
